WISE (Women in Sensis) is an initiative at Sensis (most famous for White and Yellow Pages) that supports their women managers and leaders.

It was a great experience. All the staff were supportive of what I had to offer and receptive to strategies that they can use to improve their work/life balance, manage stress, deal with change and take more control of themselves in moving forward.

This is an innovative company and it is quite evident that supporting staff is a very important part of their culture.

I am developing school programmes on bullying awareness and also confidence and self empowerment.

These workshops will be targeted at different age groups that will assist in areas such as school transition, VCE and performance in areas such as sport, exams etc.

In these workhops the participants will get more understanding of their own belief systems, why we think and act the way we do and participate in easy excercises they can take away with them and use.

Children will leave these workshops inspired and motivated knowing how to achieve success in any area of their lives.

The emotional stress of dealing with a persistant bully during my school years had taken its toll on my self-esteem and confidence. Having never been bullied before, the effects of the physical and emotional abuse remained with me for years after the harrowing had ended.

With the help of just one session, I felt able to forgive the bully for alot of the issues that still remained with me after the taunting. These issues included not being able to take constructive criticism and critique without becoming very emotional; and crying at the drop of a hat following any nervous tension, confrontation, anxiety or stress.

After my session with Caroline I felt confident enough to use the techniques and formulated mantras to use in everyday life by myself. The techniques learned have drastically reduced symptoms of emotional discomfort and anxiety. I still use them today to help me to remain calm.

Thankyou Caroline.
Eve, Victoria.

Testimonial For Caroline Paulzen

Our workplace experienced a period of disharmony this year that led to many employees no longer feeling comfortable in their workplace. This resulted in a lack of laughter and made the energy of our workplace move from a happy caring space that people enjoyed to a cold environment that people avoided.

To counteract and try to improve workplace relations we engaged the services of Caroline Paulzen to present to our staff on the healing power of positive thoughts and words.

Caroline gave an extremely interesting presentation that challenged many people’s assumptions on energy force and the effect it has on our lives.

Caroline provided our employees with practical tips to improve their own workplace. We agreed that our group was motivated to improve their working space and that every day when waking and entering the workplace we would internally recite: “I work in a happy and healthy workplace”.
We immediately saw a change in our workplace – the decision to work together to improve our working environment and the purposeful thought towards that decision made people realise the power that each and every person has to change the world around them to one that suits them and makes everyone happier.
We feel a tremendous amount of respect for Caroline and the work that she does to improve the lives of those around her.

Thank you,

Min Hopkins (Operations Manager, RDNS)
